Current limits
No public registration, patient record, or clinical data should be submitted through this site. Access to the central console is restricted to explicitly authorized individuals.
Technical data
Visiting the site may generate technical logs required to deliver and protect the service, including IP address, date and time, requested path, browser type, and security signals provided by the Cloudflare infrastructure. The site currently includes neither advertising nor behavioural analytics.
Purposes
- deliver requested pages and maintain availability;
- detect abuse, intrusion attempts, and incidents;
- create the records needed for investigations and technical continuity.
Access and disclosure
Logs are intended for authorized technical personnel and strictly necessary infrastructure providers. They may have to be disclosed where required by law. No commercial form is active in this version.
Required before production
The legal identity of the accountable organization, official contact details, privacy officer, legal grounds, retention periods, processors, hosting regions, international transfers, and rights procedure must be documented and approved for every intended jurisdiction. No patient deployment may precede this validation.
